Christopher McPherson brings more than 15 years of professional arts and education experience. Since 2004, he has worked for the Disney Corporation as the Disney Performing Arts Manager, where he developed performing arts and educational experiences for students using Disneyland as a laboratory. He was also the Entertainment Manager for Disneyland Resorts Shows and Atmosphere Talent, where he was responsible for maintaining show quality, daily operation and budget. He was active with the Disney Institute, as a facilitator of Disney Programs, Employee Engagement, and was a guest speaker for Disney’s approach to leadership excellence, quality service, and creativity. Christopher holds a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Theater, with an emphasis on Directing/Scenic Design from California State University, Stanislaus. Chris has a deep desire to equip leaders and students by helping them find their passion and purpose. Regardless of what Chris is doing, his desire is to help others be the best version of themselves.
