Laura Martinez is a Stan State alumnus with a BA in Theatre arts and a minor in Latin American Studies. She has been part of several theatrical productions throughout the years including, Much Ado About Nothing as Beatrice, The Secret Love Life of Ophelia as Ophelia and Water by the Spoonful as Yaz. Her education and experience has led her to the opportunity of working for Gallo Center of the Arts as their part-time GCYA Theatre instructor. She also works as a full time Special Education Paraprofessional. Laura is grateful that she is able to combine her passion of the arts and education into helping shape the next generation of performers.
Ally Munson is an actor and singer from Modesto, CA. Ally was very fortunate to have participated in various productions on the Gallo stage throughout her youth and young adulthood, and is eager to share the joy of musical theatre with students in our community. She received a BFA in Acting from California Institute of the Arts and has studied music theory and technology and vocal performance at MJC and NYU. She is happy to support young performers on their artistic and educational journeys as GCYA's vocal instructor/music director.
