Gallo Center Health & Safety Protocols

In accordance with current guidelines from the California Department of Public Health (CDPH), the Gallo Center for the Arts no longer requires COVID-19 vaccine verification or proof of a negative test prior to entry. The wearing of masks is optional, but encouraged for all persons regardless of vaccination status.

The guidelines above apply to all Gallo Center-presented performances. For policies specific to Resident Companies or other organizations presenting events at the Gallo Center, please contact them directly. If you need assistance, call our Ticket Office at (209) 338-2100.

Full details of the CDPH guidelines can be viewed on their website.

Please note that a positive test for COVID-19 is no longer an accepted reason for a ticket refund or exchange. For details about the Gallo Center's ticket refund and exchange policies, click here. Patrons who are not feeling well or have recently come in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 are advised to stay home.
