Too often we don’t hear of an estate gift until after the donor has passed. We welcome the opportunity to speak with you today about your legacy giving options and recognition that is meaningful and appropriate for you and your loved ones.
Getting Started
- Begin your estate planning conversation with your financial advisor or attorney. The Gallo Center can provide a list of recommended advisors in the area.
- Contact the Development Office at 209-338-5032 or email to legacy@galloarts.org to review the available funding designations that support the Gallo Center. Legacy gifts can be directed to general operations, endowment funds or specific programs such as Arts Education.
- Please inform us of your bequest intentions by completing the Legacy Circle Form.
Benefits of Giving
A planned gift can provide you substantial tax benefits, especially when you give stock or real estate. Depending on your situation, you may save income taxes, capital gains taxes, probate expenses, and estate taxes. By working with your financial advisor, you and your family can designate a planned contribution that fits your needs, while you support the Gallo Center for the Arts, now and into the future.
