Sustaining a Treasure beyond Measure...

The non-profit Gallo Center for the Arts has changed the fabric of our community, helping to make it a more joyful and vibrant place to live and work. The Center annually offers a wealth of world-class entertainment, inspiring arts education experiences for local children, and provides a home for its six resident companies. You can ensure that future generations have access to these programs by joining our Legacy Circle! To join, simply include the Gallo Center for the Arts in your will, living trust, or retirement plan!

Both Ann and I are happy to make a legacy gift to the Gallo Center. In 10 short years, we have been hugely blessed by time spent at the Center and feel that giving a gift to future generations is both a privilege and an honor! I encourage you to contact your planner to discuss a way to join us in this endeavor.

Have you already included the Gallo Center for the Arts in your Estate Plan?

Too often we don’t hear of an estate gift until after the donor has passed. We hope to have the opportunity to talk with you about your legacy and thank you now in a way that is meaningful and appropriate to you. If you’ve already included the Gallo Center for the Arts in your estate plan, please click here!

Getting Started
  1. Discuss your overall estate plan with your financial advisor or attorney. If you don’t have one, the Center can provide a list of recommended advisors in the area.
  2. Decide how you’d like your gift to be used at the Center:
    1. a. GENERAL OPERATIONS: You can designate your gift for a specific program or towards general resources. So that it can be most useful, the Center prefers that the terms of a bequest be as general as possible. If this is your preference, please designate Gallo Center for the Arts, Inc. in your plan.
    2. AND/OR

    3. b. ENDOWMENT FUND: To ensure long term stability of the organization, you can designate your gift towards the endowment fund. If this is your preference, please designate Central Valley Center for the Arts, Inc. in your plan.
  3. Utilize the Center’s set of sample language when adding or updating your bequest.
  4. Inform us of your intentions by completing the Legacy Circle Form.
